SOUND OF DAO
About Me
My name is Anthony. From a young age, I have harbored a profound respect and fascination for East Asian culture. Raised in a strictly Western Roman Catholic environment, the Eastern world appeared to me as a realm filled with intrigue and mystery. Upon embarking on my collegiate journey, I eagerly immersed myself in the exploration of Eastern philosophies and practices. While each philosophy holds its own merit, I found a special connection with the Chinese disciplines of Taiji (Tai Chi), Qi Gong, and Chinese martial arts. This pursuit further led me into the realms of Buddhism, Daoism, and Chinese medicine. These studies have profoundly influenced my personal development, shaping me into the individual I am today. It is with great enthusiasm that I look forward to sharing these invaluable insights and experiences with you.

My Philosophy
The essence of my practices, beliefs, lifestyle, and aspirations can be encapsulated by a singular concept: longevity. The universal desire for a prolonged, fulfilling life is a sentiment I believe resonates with many. Achieving such longevity necessitates the cultivation of both a sound mind and a robust body. The journey toward this goal is multifaceted, offering numerous pathways all converging towards the same destination. It is imperative for each individual to discover the route that aligns best with their personal inclinations and circumstances. My purpose is to share the insights and knowledge I have accumulated in my quest for longevity, with the hope that it may simplify the journey for others.
